Dear Jonathan and all,

I am very sorry to be late for the presentation. I was teaching and had to download the application, and then I had to be jumping around the classroom. Anyway, what I could see was, as usual, awesome! You always manage to bring new ideas to your sessions :-)

Thanks a ton!!!

hugs,

Daf

An unforgettable presentation! I showed us how to engage students in a very lively way. I learned a lot and had tons of fun. After the session I went back to get familiar with the whiteboard and met Amy who was also around, I practiced a bit. She tells me she uses this platform in most of her clasees. I am eager to learn more about it. Lots of love: Maru

Aloha Everyone,
I was really looking forward to Jonathan's presentation in Elluminate. I woke up at 5:00am Hawaii time and logged on, but my internet service kept going on and off and had trouble with the streaming. So after about 20 minutes I gave up and went back to sleep. I hope to catch some other live sessions.

At 10:30 tonight, I thought that I would try to catch up a bit with the activities that I've missed this week and I was captivated by the session with Jonathan. I couldn't leave my screen! I am still sitting here at midnight, even more determined to participate in the activities being offered. Even though I wasn't able to be part of the session in "real time", I felt as though I was participating and I was very frustrated that I couldn't contribute! I see so many exciting ways to use these wonderful tools that I am even more determined to pursue online teaching than I was when I first started the course. I just wanted to share some of my enthusiasm with somebody and everyone in my house is asleep! Tomorrow I am buying my headset so that I can participate in the next session. See you there...

I just posted the previous comment and saw that I was listed as an unlogged visitor. This is smm1952, AKA Susan Murphy writing from Seattle, Washington. Sorry!

I have just watched the presentation and wished so much I could have been online to participate with you guys. I also wish we could have a second presentation with Jonathan so that he could talk about the other topics proposed.

I'd like to thank the BaW team for for introducing this wonderful tool to us, all BaWers for being there willing to learn, take risks and collaborate and Jonathan for an outstanding class! He didn't "tell us about" Elluminate, but rather he helped us discover and experience the environment ourselves. That's why it will be unforgettable!

Best regards,
Carla Raguseo
