Michael Coghlan’s Superb Presentation at YM.

Michael Coghlan Presentaion

Yahoo! Messenger has been part of the Webheads communication tradition for a while now, as it is used quite frequently by its members to interact with each other and also to involve students in real communication scenarios with people from all over the globe.

That was also what happened today.

A considerable number of participants gathered online to attend our guest speaker’s presentation on YM. Once again, having Michael Coghlan hosting the week 2 presentation at YM has been a tradition that we mean to keep.

Thank you to the coordinators, moderators and co-moderators who were there to invite people for the conference.

A special thanks to Michael Coghlan who did a great job…well nothing else would be expected anyway!

And thank you to all the attendees. Without you this session wouldn’t have been possible here.

More about this amazing session can be found here: http://baw07.pbwiki.com/Mcoghlan-YM

Hello :)

I`m Angeles from Mexico. it was motivating to listen about use of voice (and much better listen to the voice of some of you today) . I have enjoyed it a lot.

I regret not to finish the conference because I want to listen Michael singing.

Good work! Congratulations!

I participated for the first time in a yahoo voice conference. It was amazed by the number of people gathered and by all the ideas presented to teach online implementing voice tools.

It is a whole new world that this conference made reachable and real! Love: Maru

Hello, I am Maru again. The conference was orderly, well directed, insightfull giving space for students to comment. I loved the song :) Congratulations to Michael, the coordinators and moderators.
A success indeed!
I could not leave a voice message here due to an error on the page that I could not correct. :(

Hi Everyone, I'm Susan. I was able to view the text portion and PowerPoint of Michael's presentation. However I could not hear the voice because YM for the Macintosh does not have voice. That was disappointing but it was fun being in a YM conference.

Hi Everyone,
I am Jose Antonio in Brasilia, Brazil. I was one of the participants in this presentation and it was the first time I had been part of a presentation of such kind. It was really fantastic. The issues addressed were really important and power point presentation made it very clear.
Abraços

Hi everyone,
It is me (jose) again. I am leaving a link to a blog post I did as my first trial of yahoo 360 describing my experience in Michael's presentation. I am still learning how to deal with it
Cheers
